Craig Beard brings over ten years in the "Scratch and Dent" industry, 15 years in the mortgage purchasing side, and over 35 years in the mortgage industry.

As a Vice President for Countrywide (and later Bank of America), Craig oversaw the operational side of the largest territory in the company, responsible for the purchase of over $3 billion in loan volume per month.  After that, Craig was a Managing Partner with one of the industry leaders in the distressed asset market.  Craig brings experience from every facet of the mortgage process, and his primary goal is to ensure your experience as a client is nothing but favorable and exceeds all your expectations.
